The rates listed below are for one 120 volt 20 amp outlet. The charge
for electric service includes electricity, installation of outlet in the
most convenient location and removal of the outlet upon completion of the
show. FOR ORDERS PLACED AT THE SHOW SITE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ELECTRICAL
CONNECTION FOR THE FIRST DAY OF THE SHOW. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FARM
SHOW COMPLEX CHARGES A SURCHARGE OF $50.00 FOR ALL ELECTRICAL ORDERS RECEIVED
AFTER February 1. Please contact our office at 301-916-0852 if you have
other electric needs for a quote and invoicing.
The Farm Show Complex charges a vehicle parking fee of $10.00 per day,
per parking space for parking on Farm Show Complex lots. This parking fee
is required on show days only (Thursday-Sunday). There is no charge for
parking during show set-up and tear down days (Wednesday and Monday). ONE
4 day parking pass for one parking space will be included for each vendor.
For your convenience, you may purchase additional 4 day parking passes
in advance at a reduced cost of $35 per space. Advanced parking pass orders
close on February 14.
On-Site trailer parking is not included and can be purchased separately.
You may also park trailers remotely at no charge on the Elmerton lot.
Pre-purchased parking passes will be available for pick up at vendor registration
when you arrive at the event, they will not be mailed to you, so please
plan accordingly.
NO CREDITS will be issued for electrical service or parking passes ordered
but not used.
